The founder & director Swachata Sanjiban Guha is an alumna of Film & Television Institute of India (FTII). She holds Bachelor of Arts in Drama Honours from Rabindra Bharati University (west Bengal) & Post Graduate Diploma in film making with specialization in Acting from Film & Television Institute of India (Pune).

Experienced in Acting, directing, writing.
